Korbel is primarily known for its California Champagne. This is Korbel’s signature product. They use the traditional Méthode Champenoise process where the secondary fermentation occurs in the bottle, creating bubbles. Korbel offers a variety of Brut, Extra Dry, Rosé, and even a sparkling red wine styles. These are known for being fruity and refreshing. Prices typically range from $10 to $20 per bottle. The company also imports Prosecco from Italy, a type of sparkling wine known for its lighter and fruitier profile compared to Champagne. Korbel produces brandy, a spirit aged in oak barrels. They also make a limited selection of still wines, including Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
