BABYLIST BOX

The specific items in the Babylist Hello Baby Box change regularly. Previous boxes have included products like bodysuits, bibs, hats, pacifiers, bottles, diapers and wipes. It’s a pretty good box but it now requires a minimum purchase of $30 from the Babylist Shop and it has a $8.95 shipping fee making it less attractive than before. To get the Babylist box, you need to (1) Create a free Babylist account & registry; (2) Add at least three items to your Babylist registry from any store and (3) Make a minimum purchase of $30 from the Babylist Shop.

BUYBUY BABY BOX

Unfortunately BuyBuy Baby no longer offers a free baby box. This might change in the future and we’ll make sure to update this article should BuyBuy Baby offer a free baby box again.

In conclusion, you can get free baby stuff by:

– Filling out sample request forms;
– Providing feedback or a review in exchange of a free baby product;
– Requesting baby registry welcome boxes;
– Becoming a product tester;
– Entering baby giveaways;
– Becoming a brand ambassador and more!

Personally my favorite free baby stuff so far has been the Amazon baby box, Walmart baby box, Target baby box, Enfamil Gift Box, breast pump from Aeroflow and free baby items from Home Tester Club, Munchkin, Home Tester Club, BzzAgent, Stellar, Dr Brown, Infantino.

OTHER WAYS TO GET FREE BABY STUFF

• The good old baby shower! Ask a friend or family member to organize one for you. People are happy to chip in and celebrate this happy time.
• Check With Friends and Family who recently had babies. Babies quickly outgrow stuff and parents are happy to pass down items they don’t need anymore.
• Join Mom Groups on Facebook to connect with other moms and trade baby items
• Use coupons and buy on sale: Check major retailers weekly ads for special sales prices every week (like Target, CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, Amazon) and look for coupons on apps like Ibotta, Fetchrewards (Note: enter promo code YM5YB to get $2!), CVS coupons and coupons directly from the brands themselves (Huggies, Pampers from P&G etc…). The secret to get cheap or even free baby essentials is to combine a sale price with coupons.

• Online classified websites like Facebook Marketplace and Craigslist are also a great place to find baby products for free. Click on the “Free Stuff” category and type in “baby” to see all the free baby items available in your area. I found free baby swings, free baby clothes, free baby car seats, free baby strollers and more. Taking baby items can be risky given recalls and not knowing the whole history of the item, so do your research to make sure the item is safe for your baby.
• Reach out to brands you like! They might offer free baby stuff. Make a list of a few baby brands you’d love freebies from and head to their websites. Find a contact form and let the company know how much you love their brand and that you would like to try their products for your baby. Ask them if they could send you any free products, samples or swag that you can try out. Always include your address. Here’s an example of what your message could look like:
  “Hi, My name is _____ and I absolutely love your brand and the products your company makes, especially _____. I am expecting (or just welcomed) a baby and would love to try some your products and tell all my friends/followers/family about them. I was wondering if there might be any samples you would be willing to send me to test out? Anything you send for me and my baby to try would be fantastic! Thank you so much for your time. Best, _____”
