Good news! Ticketmaster is reassuring customers that it will issue refunds for all events affected by the coronavirus pandemic.
According to Billboard, Ticketmaster is finalizing its plan. Starting May 1st, once a postponed show sets a new date, fans will get an email from Ticketmaster giving them the option to initiate a full refund. If no action is taken within 30 days of the email, the ticket will be good for the rescheduled date.
