Love talking about pizza and making money? Well then, we’ve got the perfect job for you!
As long as you have a landline with a cord—perhaps the most difficult requirement for this position—you can get paid to handle pizza orders.
It really is that simple, and it gets better. Not only can you do this job from the comfort of your own couch, but you can also make around $13 an hour doing it.
Think this might be the right fit for you? Simply apply to the position through Liveops, a service that helps other companies find customer service agents.
Aside from a landline and great customer service skills, here are just a few requirements needed for the position, according to the job posting:
Desire to be your own boss and to work remotely.
Passion for delighting customers.
Excellent communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Accurate data entry ability.
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to set up and maintain your office, including the cost of your own office equipment.
Ability to learn and use customized software and applications.
This job is truly perfect for a side-gig because you’ll sign up for 30-minute shifts, when you must be available to take calls.
For each minute you talk, you’ll earn $0.22, which evens out to about $13 an hour—not bad for taking pizza orders on your couch!
Because this position centers on pizza delivery, you can expect to work a lot of evenings and weekends, with peak hours typically happening between 3:10 p.m. and 11:40 p.m. on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
According to the job description, here is the application and certification process that you must complete before you can start answering calls:
Interested agents should apply online. If your application is accepted, you will be invited to become an independent contractor with Liveops and provide services to our clients as an independent customer service agent. This invitation is contingent upon you signing the Liveops Independent Contractor Agreement and ordering, paying for, and passing a background and credit check.
Once you become an independent agent, Liveops’ client companies require you to complete the Liveops certification courses and their program-related certification before your business can start answering calls. There is a combination of self-paced eLearning courses and live virtual classroom learning sessions conducted via conference call. The certification takes approximately 10 hours and must be completed within 2 weeks of becoming a Liveops agent. The certification class will begin, October 16, 2017. If invited to provide services for Liveops’ pizza delivery client, all required application steps must be completed by, October 5, 2017.
