To enter, fill out the form on this page through December 24, 2026. Limit 1 entry.

PRIZES
14,000 prizes will be offered, allocated among 10 prize categories. Each prize consists of an assorted “goodie box” of items intended for the applicable Category: Cat Toy Box; Cat Treat Box; Multi-Pet Box; Dog Toy Box; Dog Treat Box; Shelter Surprise Box; Bird Box; Small Pet Box; Reptile Box; and Horse Box.
The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each prize is USD $35.00.
The estimated aggregate ARV of all prizes is $490,000.

ELIGIBILITY
Open only to legal residents of the forty eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and the age of majority in their state of residence.
