Starbucks cold foam is a light, creamy topping made by blending nonfat milk (or alternative milks) at high speed to create a smooth, frothy texture, similar to the foam on a cappuccino but served cold. It’s typically poured on top of cold brew, iced coffee, or iced espresso drinks to add a rich, silky layer without heating the beverage.
