JC Penney offers free monthly Craft Kits for Kids Events at JCPenney Stores on the second Saturday of every month. Events are from 11AM – Noon local time. Craft kit includes everything you need. From my experience in my store, they will let you take a free pack to bring back to your kid so you don’t have to bring your kid in-store. All materials will be provided by your store. All kids receive: Fun, free craft + Special ID badge + Lanyard and collector’s pin. Items are available while supplies lasts.
