Registration opens Sun, April 30, 2023 at 12:00 a.m. ET. On that day, submit your information, then watch your inbox for a confirmation email that your request has been received. The email will give you instructions for how to claim your free plant at your local Lowe’s during Mother’s Day weekend. Mother’s Day is around the corner on May 14th.
