Melvinas got it. If your store does BOGO, that's the only way your going to get out of there with $200 worth of groceries for $50 or less. That is how I shop. Make sure of your stores policies, but they should take Q's on both items on a BOGO. They should also allow you to stack manufacturers Q's with store Q's. Then potentially & ideally, you are using 4 Q's per deal. Example: Froot Loops $3.99. BOGO, so now you have 2 for $3.99. Add 1 store Q & 1 manufacturers Q for each item, for a total of 4 Q's. If they are $1 Q's, you've just made a penny. But even if they are all $.50 Q's, you still get 2 boxes for $1.99 which is a 75% savings.

what u can to cut some of ur grocery bill is to look for a reduced isle in the grocery store. that area is normal near the diary area but it may be somewhere else in the store. almost all the stores have that but walmart and aldi. also u may get the sunday paper look at all the store ads compare prices for the items that u use. some stores will even double coupons. but some will only double one coupon if u have more then one coupon for more items that u have use. the stores will only double up to 0.50cents. some of the stores will also have dollar doubles but u may be only limit up to 5 coupons for that doublers. also u may also go for bread for reduce. like day old bread. some stores also do meat reduce at a manager special. also u could look at the items on the top and bottom shelves for a little cheaper items. u could also get the store name brands instead of the name brands. the stores wil also allow u to use ur own bags. plus some of the stores will take off a few cents for u to use ur own bags. just ask the cashier if they take a few cents off of ur total. some stores do that but other may not. always use ur coupons. also look to sample either online or sometimes by mail offers. good luck to everyone and happy shopping.

I have trouble finding a store that will take a personal printed coupon. What can I do to get them. There was a person around here a few years ago passing bogus coupons and the stores got stuck. Since then, it has been hard to get them to accept printer coupons

The key to actually getting those amazing deals is saving the coupons.... Such as last week I clipped some coupons for up to $1 off cherrios (something my family always eats) I dont use it this week though, I just keep it until they are also on sale(you have to pay close attention to expiration dates), so instead of being like $2.50 for a box, they are on sale for $1.75, and then use the coupon for $1 off and it makes my cherrios go from the original $2.50 to only $.75! It takes alot of work, honestly, but when I lost my job temporarily, It was the reason my family didnt really hurt because I was able to step it up even further.

I have become a coupon freak! It's turned into somewhat of an addiction. I get my shopping fix and I don't have to feel guilty cause I'm shopping for my family. I just went to Safeway and and bought 10 boxes of cereal for $8.00!! The cheerios were only $.50 a box after the in-store sale and my coupon. I didn't pay more than a dollar for a box. I love it!

sometimes you have to not buy the name brand and buy what is on sale only to reduce your cost. Double coupons help alot, and planning your trip before you go a must. Now what we are doing to feed three here with two unemployed is not buy so many processed foods, limiting our soda intake, for water to taste good those little packs of true lemon or lime are wonderful, and using alot of pasta, and rice, with small cut up meat mixed with soy sauces, spices, and some frozen vegs to round it out. We would not have meals at all if i did not do this for sure! Look for farmers markets as the produce comes in you can save a lot on those items there. And eat less at meals, try not to waste what you do have, and cook alot on your own, not frozen foods already fixed. Just what we are doing.

Is there any way I can find out if the coupon is free of any virus or do I not have to worry any type of virus by downlooading the coupon printer. thanks Barb
